Amyx is looking for a high skilled Program Manager to lead our Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP) contract.
Managing contract performance – including, personnel management, financial management, contract/subcontracts management, schedule management, performance management, and risk and quality management
Provide input into project plans for the technical and business solutions and process re-engineering activities
Supervise service delivery, with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring senior staff
Responsible for planning, directing, reporting and coordinating day to day program activities for a large, geographically dispersed program, for both organizational and contractual requirements
Perform program monitoring and control, quarterly reviews, project / resource planning, team tasking, managing direct reports, functional/operational deployment, oversee program risk and issue reporting, maintain excellent customer interfacing and communication, completion of key milestones, deliverables, work products and timely required internal/external reports
Program monitoring and control including establishment of baselines associated with cost, schedule and EV reporting utilizing integrated master schedule, project specific spend plans, burn rate reports and funds and man-hour deliverable per CLIN
Financial baseline/cost account oversight with the customer and corporate administration
Direct resource performance management and matrix planning for organic resources and sub-contract resources
Sub-contractor administration to include teaming negotiations, technical evaluation, performance tracking, procurement requests and invoice approval authority
Final review and approval on all contract deliverables to either the contracting officer, the contracting officer representative or integrated operational program manager
Preparation, development and outline of company and customer presentation reports
Accountable for meeting contractual performance criteria, contractual due dates for service delivery, and successful overall project completio
Highly skilled in customer and stakeholder relations; will have excellent knowledge of contract and subcontract management principles; and have experience controlling and improving the quality of service while reducing the life-cycle cost through operational efficiencies and business process improvement
Experience with GFEBS
Must have familarity with SAP software and technologies
Must have familiarty with Acquisition and Logistics
Previous experience working with the Army and it's systems is required.
Must over 10 years of experience and a MA/MS degree.
