Overview

Amyx is seeking to hire a Oracle Application Database Developer to support our DLA DMLSS Apps Dev contract remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new features and enhancements for multiple Defense Logistics Agency systems including performing ongoing database development of new features and enhancements to medical supply and pharmaceutical applications, managing tables, sequences, triggers, indexes, and PL/SQL packages and procedures.
  • Provide on-site and off-hours user support for Defense Logistics Agency medical supply systems including interface with development and user teams within and across product suites; triage, investigate, and provide resolutions for internally and externally user reported issues.

Qualifications

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be a US citizen. Must be able to achieve a NACLC clearance.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years’ directly related experience

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • DoD experience and an understanding of Medical supply business acquisitions and product attributes
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
  • Certification: Security+ or any 8570 certification
