Overview

Amyx is seeking to hire a remote Business Systems Specialist II to support the Document Automation Content Service (DACS) project. This role provides professional expertise in areas such as Investment/Portfolio Management and other specialized tasks essential for the successful completion of project objectives. The Business Systems Specialist II will apply their knowledge of DoD systems and processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities and Daily Tasks:

    • Provide professional expertise in Investment/Portfolio Management to support project planning, execution, and evaluation.
    • Assist with DoD Investment Review Board processes and the Enterprise Transition Plan (ETP) process.
    • Apply knowledge of DoD IT systems, initiatives, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to ensure task success.
    • Support task areas across the project by leveraging expertise in configuration management and portfolio analysis.
    • Utilize advanced software tools to manage and analyze data, develop reports, and create presentations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project milestones and deliverables.
    • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

    Supported Technologies:

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
    • Microsoft Project Management tools.
    • OpenText systems, including:
      • Content Server.
      • Archive Server.
      • AppWorks.
      • Intelligent Capture.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Three (3) years of relevant experience in Investment/Portfolio Management or related fields.

Education/Certification Requirements:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent recognized Project Management certification).
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level II (IAM Level II: CAP, CISM, GSLC, HCISPP, CASP+CE, CISSP(or Associate), or CCISO)
  • IT-II, Secret, security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at the time of proposal submission.

Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrated experience with the following processes and systems:
    • DoD Investment Review Board processes.
    • Enterprise Transition Plan (ETP) process.
    • Familiarity with DoD IT systems/initiatives and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.

Tools and Software:

  • MS Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Project Management tools.
  • OpenText systems, including Content Server, Archive Server, AppWorks, and Intelligent Capture.
