Amyx is seeking a leader of our newly established Program Excellence organization to oversee, cultivate, and scale Amyx’s Program Management community. The mission of the Program Excellence organization is to be a working body of knowledge driving excellence in program management by fostering mentorship, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of training, standards, and best practices with transparency and innovation. Responsibilities will include ensuring Amyx program teams meet and exceed quality performance standards both required by contracts and from Amyx’s Quality Management System. The candidate will also participate with their team in setting Management standards and best practices for implementation into Amyx growth pursuits. This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), serve as a member of the Amyx’s Program Operations Leadership Team, and work closely with Amyx C-level leadership in formulating and executing numerous corporate strategies. This position will be based at Amyx Headquarters in Reston, VA and may require travel.
