Overview

Amyx is seeking to hire a Java/Oracle Identity Management (OIM) Developer to support our AMPS Legacy contract. This is a fully remote position.

 

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with experience in Oracle Identity Management (OIM) to support the maintenance and enhancement of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system, built on the Oracle OIM software platform. This is a technical role requiring strong problem-solving abilities, a solid understanding of Java/WebLogic application configurations, and experience with web hosting, server tiering, clustering, and load balancing. The successful candidate will work within a DoD environment, adhering to strict security policies, documentation standards, audit requirements, and change control processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government product owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze requirements and develop solutions for the IAM system.
  • Debug, identify root causes, design, and implement required changes to address reported issues with the IAM system.
  • Design and implement assigned enhancement requests to the IAM system.
  • Configure and support OIM Application On Boarding (AOB) Connectors used to provision various target resources such as Active Directory, SAP, Databases, etc.
  • Support Oracle Software Oriented Architecture (SOA) Business processes used for workflows and web service orchestration.
  •  Perform routine health checks and take necessary corrective actions for production support.
  • Support version control and server deployment of enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers, including the creation of custom connectors (ICA, etc.).
  • Assist and coordinate system configuration changes, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the production environment.
  • Communicate accurate and technical information effectively.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to change management processes.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of strong hands-on Java development experience.
  • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Oracle Middleware, specifically Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).
  • Experience working with large complex Java WebLogic application configurations.
  • Experience with web hosting with multiple server tier levels, and application and server level clustering and load balancing.
  • Knowledge of custom connector development.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information.
  • Must be able to obtain an IT-II security clearance.
  • DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification preferred or be able to acquire within 6 months of joining: Category IAT Level I or CompTIA Security+ Computing Environment Certification (CE)

 

Desired:

  • Existing IT-II security clearance or current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
  • Security + CE certification
  • Experience with DLA.
  • Experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
  • Familiarity with Process Engineering Language (BPEL).
  • Experience with custom connector development (ICA, AOB etc.)

Salary: approx 100,000-150,000
