Overview

Amyx is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join our DOD program remotely. ServiceNow and Telephone Call Center Support Engineer will perform daily configuration, maintenance, and support of the ServiceNow platform and telephone call center application and telephone lines, ensuring system performance and security. Key duties include managing user access, developing workflows (business rules, UI policies, client scripts), performing platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and creating reports. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide Administrative functions to ensure ServiceNow performs all functions
  • Maintain Automatic Call Center application and telephone lines.
  • Provide virtual training via Microsoft (MS) TEAMS or other approved communications applications for Government-designated personnel related to the SDDC E2E SMC Customer Self-Service website and ServiceNow workflows
  • Provide an Integrated Call Management System (ICMS) implementing rules and parameters governing the routing of inbound telephone calls.
  • Migrate to the enterprise agency ICMS is anticipated to start in FY26 with completion in FY27.

Qualifications

  • 3 Years Experience
  • BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or Software Engineering.
  • Must posses one of the following certifications, satisfying the DOD 8140 guidelines
    • SecurityX / CASP+
    • CCNP Securit
    • CCSP
    • FITSP-O
    • GFACT
  • Must be a Certified ServiceNow System Admin (CSA)
  • Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency
